InsomniaBill can't sleep. The bus's movements seem to keep him awake. The sound of horns honking in the distance, and the cars moving beside him was loud enough to keep anyone awake. And even if he did happen to drift off, the bus would inconviently run over a pot hole that would startle him out of his sleep. It didn't help either that the bus's enigine was rumbling in his ear. But Bill knew that this wasn't the reason why he couldn't sleep. It had been happening too frequently for it to be just the bus's fault.
